If you go off these statements without hearing me out, then sure. You probably do hate me. And I love it. Why? Because you’re helping me prove my point. My point? That majority of the Hip-Hop audience is too quick to judge. Well, not just the Hip-Hop audience. Let me take it further – PEOPLE are too quick to judge. And you all contradict yourselves too often. It’s time for us to look into the mirror. I’ll use music + Hip-Hop as an example. You ready?

This is Adonis, of course, coming to you live from the motherland. I have a pharmacology quiz on Anti-anginal and Anti-hypertensive medication, as well as a presentation for Medicine I on abdominal examinations.

So why am I here?

I’m excited. I’m overwhelmed. I’m here hoping you are too.

This project was, and continues to be the collaborative effort of not only the artists but everyone involved. To see the movement. To see the progress. To experience the music. To feel the appreciation. It’s a wonderful feeling.

What up world, it’s none other than Finesse from T.O.!

I’m going to touch on a few things that has been on my mind as far as Hip Hop and filling the void that I feel exists in our culture. Growing up I was influenced by all types of music-from Green Day to Wu-Tang, from Hov’ to Incubus, from country to reggae…etc. You name it I listened to it. You can say I have an overall appreciation for all music. I commend all artists on their efforts as far as the music, grind, and the image they put out there. It is inspiring to not only hear a song, but also knowing the surrounding efforts behind it that pushes it forward. As my favorite artist-of-the-moment would fade away and the next generation would come in to do their thing, I found myself making the transition and applying the values I have as a music lover. I can proudly say that the generation before me did a great job shaping my senses of what I like and what I don’t.
